• To describe and implant an effective quality assurance system, in order to provide a better control of the activities related with quality as well to easy the activities of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

 

• To establish the policy and quality objectives of the company and communicate them to the whole organization establish the responsibilities functions and authority of each one of the members of the organization, based on the execution of the quality assurance system.

 

• To describe the elements of the ISO-9002 norm that apply in the quality assurance system of High Tech Gear de México.

 

• To present the quality assurance system for external purposes such as demonstrating the achievement of the elements of the ISO-9002 norm that apply within the system of quality insurance of High Tech Gear de México

 

• The board has established the following objectives in order to fulfill the quality policy:
  • To obtain a trust provider certification from our clients
  • To implement the quality assurance system based on the ISO-9002 norm
  • To establish a training program for the employees with the aim of setting a well function of the quality assurance system
